Lot 187 - Trio of Vintage Pottery Vessels Including Mata Ortiz Olla Signed Miguel Lopez, Black Ovoid Vase with White Drip Bands, and Mesoamerican-Style Reproduction Vessel 3130-favs Paint loss and wear alongTrio of vintage pottery vessels. The Mata Ortiz olla is painted with geometric designs in red, black, and brown on a tan ground in the Casas Grandes tradition, signed "Miguel Lopez" on the underside. The black ovoid vase has a closed top and is decorated with horizontal white drip pattern bands. The small red vessel is a Mesoamerican style reproduction with carved figural designs. No markings or attribution on the black vase or the reproduction vessel.
