I also appreciate that the promotion is trying to focus on different parts of the Pokmon franchise, with Dragon-type Pokmon, instead of just leaning on the same Pokmon over and over again

The fact that it's a basic Pokmon also helps with consistency

I would definitely recommend saving at least one spot for this card, unless of course you were running a deck that had an abnormally low number of Pokmon (quad decks, for instance)
