In some of the earliest days of the game, some of the cards released were deemed offensive due to their art, text, and/or name, which were racially or culturally offensive
Other good ones I run, apart from what what was already mentioned: All of these have been fine before any sort of Goblin synergy was introduced, and they don't all point at beatdown (though most do), allowing me to keep red interesting
You go to your draw step, pull the top card of your library into your hand, and see this staring back at you: You have a juiced-up Sylvan Advocate in your graveyard as the most appealing target the Rallier could bring back
To play magic you will need to understand how these different card types interact and what effect they have on the game
Shockingly, when you look at all of the cards seeing play in Standard, Harsh Mentor misses on a great deal of them, but even if it does, a 2/2 for two is still reasonable
