Waiting until later in the game gives you more opportunities to cast some of the new spells you just drew but also could refill your opponents hand for their next turn

This can be particularly brutal when combined with cards that produce plenty of artifacts

Some spell cards have slightly better art, but its a big disappointment when the cards that stay on the field longer are also the ugliest ones in the game
