Paragon Art Deco Blue_and_white An inner pale blue ringWhat a gorgeous and rare Art Deco Paragon, made in 1931. The pattern is Tulip and is partly hand painted. An unusual step type of detailing on the outside of the teacup with thin yellow bands. Blue trim with a blue sponged handle. Pattern F2209. Reg No. 766314.
