That said, Wizards has long had plenty of chase cards in Collector Booster packs

Having played all three decks in both two-person and three-person play, we enjoyed the Sapphire and Steel deck the most, as its basically unstoppable (at least compared to the other Starter Decks) when ramped up properly

Whether or not thats effective compared to some of the more powerful decks is unknown, but players are certainly encouraged to bulk up their decks with new cards found in blind boosters
